Explain The "Agess Chess" Rules.

相棋因甚易造成僵局，故向有繁雜的判例以為棋規之輔。

然而仍然脫離不了和棋，也造成比賽承辦者糾葛不清的相當困擾….

舉凡“國際比賽項目”須“屏除地域色彩”且“標準清晰數值化”，始能提交大會採納。

故即予“圖案化”因應外；亦歸納出以下8條準則：

棋規1: 遵行“存活法則” (The Law of Life)。欠行作負，長照或攻擊長捉5次逕行判負。

棋規2: 剋奪(Checkmate)敵統領(帥/將)則逕“勝”(Win)；對手稱“負”(Losing)。

新規3: 相棋無“和局”，凡僵持不下局面概稱“終局”(Final)；

新規4: 防禦方不得已的長攔、長獻、長兌；連續7次均屬“終局”。

棋規5: 一照一停，連續7次即作“終局”。

棋規6: 雙方無盡的7次循環亦作“終局”。

棋規7: 戰力“勢值”：車=5  馬/包=2  卒/士/象=1。

新規8: 於“終局”磐點雙方“總勢值”勇於犧牲為“優” (Gain)；若同勢則判歸“後手”。

A. 能勇於犧牲得“終局”，應其技略勝一籌故判“優者” (Gainer)；對手稱“謙”(Tuner)”。

B. 於9分積分賽中：勝(W)得9分，優(G)得5分，謙(T)得4分，負(L)得0分。

C. 淘汰賽中“首次僵局”，則判各加本缺子“5勢值”再戰，若再陷僵局即應“終局”。

【存活法則】:凡棋能移著謂“存活”；禁棄友宜強求對手施捨“存活”權讓爾“剋”之。
